Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 4-10 business days of placing your order.

Our delivery partners are currently experiencing increased volumes, and as a result, you might experience a delay in delivery taking more than 10 days.

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Direct Debit and PayPal.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver Australia wide. Delivery to PO Boxes is not possible.

How much does delivery cost?


Free freight applies to all orders of $400 or more. 
Orders below this amount have a flat freight charge of $15.

What happens if my wine is lost or damaged during transit?

In the event that a shipment is damaged or partially lost during transit, notice must be given within 14 days of delivery of the goods giving reasonable particulars of any such damage or partial loss.

Granite Hills will at its discretion will replace or refund the goods and pay for any additional delivery charges.

Please send an email to knights@granitehills.com.au or call us 03 5423 7273 to notify us of any damages, incorrect orders or faults and arrange for a replacement or return of the product. Once the details or wine/s are received we will assess the situation or wine fault and refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund or replacement.

Granite Hills uses Australia Post delivery service.
