Wine Club Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Granite Hills Wine Club ("Wine Club")
The Wine Club is operated by Granite Hills Wines Pty Ltd at 1481 Burke and Wills Track, Baynton VIC 3444 ("Granite Hills"). To join the Wine Club, you must be 18 years of age or over, be a resident of and domiciled in Australia and agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
Members may terminate their membership at any time at their discretion. Please log in to your website account (which you will set up upon purchase) to cancel your subscription, phone us on 03 5423 7273 during business hours or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Seven days notice prior to the scheduled date of delivery is required.
All shipments must be delivered to the member, another adult person at the delivery address who undertakes to accept the shipment on the member's behalf, or in accordance with the member's instructions.
In the event that a shipment is damaged or partially lost during transit, the member must, within 14 days of delivery of the goods, provide the Wine Club notice giving reasonable particulars of any such damage or partial loss.
On accepting the member's claim, the Wine Club will at its discretion will replace or refund the goods and pay for any additional delivery charges.
The member understands that it is their responsibility to inform Granite Hills of any change in address and delivery details. Charges incurred with recovery of wines to an old or incorrect address will be the responsibility of the member.
Please send an email to email@example.com or call us 03 5423 7273 to notify us of any damages, incorrect orders or faults and arrange for a replacement or return of the product. Once the details or wine/s are received we will assess the situation or wine fault and refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund or replacement.
Granite Hills uses Aramex Couriers and Australia Post delivery service.
The Wine Club will only use your personal details for marketing purposes outside of the purpose described above if you select to join the Granite Hills mailing list on the application form. By joining the mailing list, you agree to receive news, promotional offers and other updates in relation to the Wine Club. Method of contact may be by mail, email, phone call or text message.
